CASTING

We use the Lost Wax Casting process to create intricate 3D designs, detailed textures, plain and stone-studded patterns. Our in-house CAD (Computer-Aided Design) team develops precise digital models that ensure superior casting quality. We also offer a variety of stone-setting techniques such as wax setting, flush setting, prong, channel, and bezel settings — ensuring versatility in both design and durability.

LASER

Our laser cutting technology uses advanced fibre and diode lasers to precisely cut metal sheets. This method enables the creation of delicate, filigree, detailed shapes and components without the need for expensive moulds or dies, reducing development time and cost while maintaining accuracy.

STAMPING

We employ high-precision stamping machines to imprint clean, repeatable designs, logos, and patterns on silver and brass. This technique is ideal for mass production, ensuring each component maintains uniformity, embossing, sharp detailing, and dimensional accuracy.

FINISHING – MACHINE & HAND FINISH

Finishing is a critical stage that defines the final look and feel of every piece.
Our craftsmen combine machine polishing for consistency and hand finishing for fine detailing, resulting in a smooth, mirror-like surface that enhances brilliance and the results difficult to achieve with only machine finishing.

BARREL POLISHING

The barrel polishing process is used to clean, smooth, and polish multiple small silver components and hard to reach areas simultaneously. Items are placed in a rotating barrel with special polishing media and solutions, where gentle tumbling achieves a uniform, even shine improving both efficiency and finish quality.

HOLLOW JEWELLERY

Our hollow jewellery made with tubing or using iron core is crafted using thin sheets of silver or gold formed around a hollow interior. This technique creates lightweight, durable, comfortable, and cost-effective pieces that retain the elegant appearance of solid jewellery while significantly reducing metal weight and cost.

VIBRATOR POLISHING

In vibratory polishing, chains, beads, and other small parts are placed in a vibrating bowl with specialized polishing media. The vibration action smoothens the surfaces and removes burrs, delivering a consistent, bright, and clean finish ideal for high-volume production with uniform quality.

ENAMELING

Our enamelling process fuses coloured glass powder onto silver at high temperatures, creating vibrant, long-lasting colour finishes. This technique allows for artistic expression and vibrancy, giving each piece a distinctive and elegant character.
